- Metrobus: Line 2 (purple): stations UPIICSA and El Rodeo.
- Airports: Mexico City International (AICM / Benito Juárez) and Felipe Ángeles (AIFA).

- Parking: Park in any Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez lot. General entry: Puerta 15 / Palacio de los Deportes. Aeroméxico Club Pass: Puerta 9. Banamex Plus: Puerta 7 (one space per 4+ ticket holders). Cars must leave the lot each night.
- Accessible parking: Reserved for guests with disabilities near the festival entrance at Puerta 15.

- Prohibited: No outside food or drinks, alcohol, energy drinks, cigarettes, vapes or lighters, professional cameras, selfie sticks, laptops or tablets, umbrellas, weapons, aerosols, perfume, drones, or backpacks over 30 × 30 cm. Everyone is subject to search on entry.
- Allowed: Phones and phone power banks, cream sunscreen and hand sanitizer (max 100 ml each), earplugs, sunglasses, hats, ponchos, a flag without a pole (max 1 m), and non-professional or GoPro-style cameras under 12 cm.
- Ages: All ages; 16+ recommended, and 18+ with valid ID to buy alcohol. Accepted ID: INE or passport. Not accepted: driver's license, school or consular IDs, or expired IDs.
- Hours: Festival hours are 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM both days.
- Bags: Small bags, single-compartment backpacks, or handbags up to 30 × 30 cm.
- Weather: Held in late November — light rain and cold at night are possible, so dress warm.
