Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 27, 8:58 PM CDT

• Box office: The Box Office is only open on show days, opening 2 hours before door time. Will Call requires photo ID and the purchasing credit card. The venue operates cashless inside, though cashless payment is only 'encouraged' (not required) at the box office window itself.
• Accessible: House of Blues Dallas is an ADA accessible venue with convenient elevator access to the 2nd level. The venue states there are accessible entrances and accessible parking at its location, though it does not name them specifically, and directs guests needing details to call the Box Office in advance. Assistive Listening Devices are provided via the Listen Everywhere Technology app, or a receiver can be obtained from Guest Services with photo ID.
