Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Oct 2, 12:37 PM CDT

• Dropoff: Uber is positioned as the venue's official rideshare partner with dedicated pickup/dropoff zones; a third-party ticketing guide specifies these zones run along Caroline Street in front of the venue.
• Box office: The box office opens one hour before door time on show days; tickets can also be purchased daily in the Company Store. Will Call is handled day-of at the Box Office with photo ID and the purchasing card.
• Accessible: ADA tickets are sold only through livenation.com (no need to call the box office), with accessible seating available in every price range though it can sell out; accessible seating permits the ticket holder plus one companion, and a very limited number of day-of-show seats may be available but are not guaranteed. Independent, crowd-sourced accessibility notes add that there is no dedicated accessible parking near the venue (only street parking and garages a couple blocks away) and that the balcony's only vertical access is a single elevator with no ramps to the lower balcony seating.
