Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 24, 10:45 PM EDT

• Dropoff: No official rideshare-specific pickup/drop-off zone is named for this Manhattan venue; general guides note that because the venue is a walk from the subway, taxis and rideshare are a common way concertgoers arrive, especially for late-night shows.
• Box office: The Terminal 5 Music Hall Box Office (per the venue's official Ticketmaster listing) is open Saturdays only, 11am–6pm, with will call available at the venue one hour prior to showtime.
• Accessible: Terminal 5 is ADA accessible with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, an elevator serving all three floors, and a designated ADA section (typically along the second-floor balcony) created for select shows on request; patrons should call the box office in advance.

• Reentry: The venue's official Ticketmaster listing states there is no re-entry, and this is echoed in AXS's policy summary.
• Age policy: 18+
