Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 24, 7:40 PM MST

• Box office: The box office is located on 4th Avenue and is cashless. Hours vary by day: on Monday/Wednesday/Friday show days it opens 5 hours prior to door time (noted elsewhere as opening at Noon), and on Thursday/Saturday/Sunday show days it opens 2 hours prior to door time; it is closed on non-show days. Will call is picked up at the box office on the night of the event with the purchaser's card and ID.
• Dropoff: The venue recommends rideshare as an alternative to scarce paid parking. Independent guides note Uber/Lyft can drop off and pick up directly outside the venue on Van Buren Street.
• Accessible: The venue offers ADA seating areas, accessible restroom stalls in each main restroom plus a private accessible restroom near the entrance, and service-animal accommodations per ADA guidelines. Guests with special needs are encouraged to contact the Box Office in advance, and there is a designated area for general admission shows for patrons with special needs; for reserved seated shows, guests with limited mobility should purchase floor tickets. The mezzanine/balcony level is accessible only by stairs.
