• Dropoff: Rideshare pickup and drop-off is at the theatre's main entrance on North Saint Mary's Street.
• Box office: The box office is open on show dates only, opening two hours before door time. It accepts card payments only (cashless venue). Will Call tickets are held for pickup at the box office starting two hours prior to doors, on the day of the event only, and require valid photo ID, the purchasing credit card, and order number.
• Accessible: The Aztec Theatre states it strives to make the venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone, and directs guests with accessibility questions to contact them before their visit. Accessible seating can be arranged by contacting the box office directly by phone or email.

• Reentry: There is no re-entry to the venue unless otherwise noted for a specific event.
• Venue rules: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason or no reason.
• Child policy: Most of our events are all ages and will be specified on the ticket page. All individuals require a ticket for entry, regardless of age. For all shows specified 18+ or 21+, a valid ID will be required for entry.
• Bag policy: The Aztec Theatre enforces a clear bag policy. Bags up to 12"x6"x12" are allowed if clear (plastic, vinyl or PVC); small non-clear clutches up to about hand-size are also permitted. All bags are searched, non-clear bags get an additional search, and backpacks are not permitted.
• Prohibited items: Weapons, drugs, professional recording/camera gear, drones, laser pointers, masks and large/non-conforming bags (including backpacks) are prohibited; the list is subject to change at venue management's discretion.
