Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 24, 7:43 PM MST

• Accessible: For reserved seating shows, the venue asks patrons needing accessible or best-view seating to call the box office directly at 520-740-1000; for general admission shows, patrons should email at least 48 hours in advance so the venue can prepare accommodations.
• Dropoff: A third-party box office information page states there is a dedicated rideshare zone directly on Congress Street outside the theater for drop-off and pick-up; this is not independently described on the venue's own official site.
• Box office: The Rialto's box office keeps regular weekly hours and shifts to event-day hours when there is a show; will-call is released one hour before doors.
