Getting in and around

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 24, 10:40 PM EDT

• Accessible: The club asks patrons with accessibility needs, including seating and ASL interpreter requests, to call the box office in advance. A limited number of first-come barstools are also available in the balcony. Ticketmaster offers wheelchair-accessible options for reserved shows, with the venue handling GA-show accommodations by phone.
• Box office: The box office keeps regular weekday hours plus extended hours on show nights, and is only open on weekends if there's a show that night. No service fees apply when buying at the window, but only GA/standard reserved tickets are sold there (no VIP packages).

Policies

Read from the organizer's public pages · checked Sep 24, 10:40 PM EDT

• Reentry: Because DC has an indoor smoking ban, the club says it allows re-entry most nights so smokers can step out and back in.
• Bag policy: The club offers a seasonal coat/bag check for $5 per item, but this service is not available in warmer weather. Cameras may need to be checked with staff for the duration of a show, and recording policies vary night to night at the band's discretion.
• Age policy: All ages (the 9:30 Club's default unless posted)
