Getting in and around

• Box office: COTA operates two main box offices — one at the Main Grandstand and one at the Grand Plaza entry gates. The Grand Plaza Box Office typically opens on event days three hours before the performance/gate time, and can be reached for ticketing assistance.
• Accessible: COTA offers accessible parking in designated lots (A, D, and H, plus ADA spots in all lots), ADA-compliant ramps, wheelchair rentals, accessible shuttles, and ADA golf carts. Accessible restrooms are located at the Main Grandstand, Grand Plaza, and Turn 1, and sensory rooms are available in Grand Plaza. Accessible seating for major races is offered at the Main Grandstand, Turn 12, and Turn 15.
• Entrance: Grand Plaza entry gates — Grand Plaza; Main Grandstand — Main Grandstand; Turn 1 — Turn 1 of the circuit, and 1 more.
• Dropoff: Rideshare drop-off/pick-up location depends on the event. For year-round Germania Insurance Amphitheater concerts, rideshare operates out of Lot E, with a complimentary tram connecting to the Grand Plaza gates. For Formula 1 and other major race weekends, COTA Blvd is restricted to permitted vehicles and buses only, so rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) operates instead out of the McAngus Lot/Rd, roughly 0.75 miles from the Grand Plaza gates, connected by a paved path and a small tram.
• Pickup: After the race, ride the tram from the Grand Plaza box office back to the McAngus rideshare lot.
• Shuttle: Downtown (Waterloo Park) shuttle drops at the front gate on COTA Blvd, steps from the Grand Plaza gate.

• Child policy: FOR FORMULA ONE RACES: Ages 2 and under are free. Ages 3 and above require a paid ticket. FOR NON F1 RACES: Ages 12 and under are free. Ages 13 and above require a paid ticket. For more information on child policy regarding specific events please visit www.circuitoftheamericas.com.
• Reentry: Re-entry is permitted during motorsport events; guests who leave should scan their tickets at the gates before exiting and will undergo another security screening upon re-entering. For events like FIA World Endurance Championship, exit and re-entry is permitted with the original ticket, with all tickets scanned on exit and re-entry.
• Bag policy: COTA screens all bags, purses, backpacks, and persons at entry using screening technology that allows items to remain in bags. Bag size limits and clear-bag requirements vary by area: general Circuit events allow non-clear bags up to a certain size, while the on-site Germania Insurance Amphitheater has its own stricter clear-bag policy for upgraded concert areas.
• Prohibited items: COTA maintains a general prohibited items list (viewable on its venue policies page); the on-site Germania Insurance Amphitheater maintains a separate prohibited items policy that can vary show-by-show at the discretion of the tour/artist.
