Program description

Runner is a text message based assistant for people attending live events. Subscribers receive event schedules, venue information, reminders, and responses to questions they send us. Runner does not send marketing on behalf of third parties. All messages are transactional and informational, sent only to subscribers who opted in directly with Runner, about events those subscribers are personally attending.

How to opt in

You may opt in by texting a keyword such as RUNNER to our number, or by submitting your mobile number through our website and confirming by reply. By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Runner at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 30 messages per event you attend.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Runner does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
